The Proprietor, Charlie Casbon, deals with all quotations, surveys and after care personally. He is always closely involved in all projects and is thus able to ensure our customers’ needs are met. His personal input maintains a happy workforce producing high quality workmanship within a safe working environment.

Casbon Building Services has become one of the area’s highest regarded disabled facilities installations within local council authorities, carrying out over 100 installations per year. We have over 35 years experience in the building trade.
Installation
We visit to survey and discuss in depth the details of the installation procedure and the choices available with regards to the products we use and the colour choices available. We ensure you have a detailed written quote that includes labour and materials and payment terms, and agreed plans and drawings where needed. We provide a written contract, signed by both parties, that details terms and conditions and agreements between client and us. We give a start date and completion date. We provide guarantees and have public liability insurance. Once work commences, we strive to ensure our experienced and dedicated workforce are on site daily to complete the job timely with minimum disruption. We keep continued discussion and updates with you throughout the works to ensure you are happy and will be pleased with the final outcome.
Guarantee
We guarantee our installations for a period of 12 months from completion. Customers are provided with a direct dial number for Mr Casbon enabling him to deal with any query promptly.
